Our company has its residence in Pomeranian region, Poland. But the essentianl of our activity takes place in our manufacturers workshops located all around the country.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY NOT IN STOCK?

The products you can find on this website are handmade. That's why usually manufacturers don't produce them onward. They begin the work on your product when they receive your order. It might take some time, but thanks to this your item will be finished in a most precise way. You can be sure of receiving a valuable object. CAN I GET A CUSTOM PRODUCT?

The orders for custom-made and personalized product will be considered individually. Please contact us to get more information.

PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

I DON'T LIVE IN EUROPE. CAN YOU SHIP TO ME INTERNATIONALLY?

For now we ship only to some of the European countries. The list of them can be found in Shipping & Delivery conditions. We recommend to join our newsletter and stay in touch to get the information when we will be ready to ship more internationally.

WHEN DO YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

In most cases we send your order to the manufacturer the same day. Please check the Shipping & Delivery conditions to know more about the time needed to complete your order. Please note, your order will not be processed until payment for the order has cleared.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS WHICH IS DIFFERENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes. While making your order you will have a possibility to choose a different delivery address. We highly recommend to choose the address where there will be a person available to pick up and sign for your order.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

If you will not be happy with the product you received, you can return it within 14 working days of receipt of your delivery. Please check the Returns for further informaton.
